Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our fulfillment system and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Compound Culture LLC is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. The only exception is for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
